Cabbie loses case for damages. I'm glad!

Taxi drive Richard Corcorans case against his neighbor for back injuries after a slight tip in which neither car sustained any damage, was thrown out by Judge Matthew Deery and he was told to pay his neighbor, Mrs Veronica Drum's legal costs.
The Judge ruled that any injuries Mr Corcoran might have where obviously sustained in an accident he was involved in two days later, for which he had admitted liability.
Now I'm sorry for this guys trouble, but it's this sort of frivolous claim that drives up insurance costs for the rest of us.
